OSCAR is expanding fast, and we’re looking for a Special Projects Lead who thrives in chaos, loves building from scratch, and wants to own high-impact initiatives end-to-end.

This isn’t a traditional role — you’ll run strategic plays that touch both Operations and Growth , launch new initiatives, and directly shape how OSCAR scales.

This is high-speed, high-impact, high-autonomy.

What you'll do

As Special Projects Lead, you will own and run major strategic plays across the business , such as:

• Launching and scaling new products like the weekly cleaning subscription plan to reduce churn, boost retention, and drive new customer acquisition.
• Identifying operational inefficiencies and building smarter, faster, cheaper processes.
• Running experiments and doing quick iteration to validate ideas.
• Managing cross-functional initiatives involving Ops, Product, Growth, Support, and Partners.
• Diving into data using Google Sheets, Excel, SQL , or using AI tools to help you extract, automate, or code what’s needed.
• Designing metrics, dashboards, and reporting for your projects.
• Building automations and workflows to scale OSCAR without adding headcount.
• Switching quickly between initiatives — no day will be the same.

You will fully own your plays from problem → strategy → execution → measurement → scaling.

What we’re looking for

• Frugal builder — we want maximum impact with minimum resources.
• Enthusiastic energy — you execute fast and stay curious.
• Experience in startups is a big plus; if you’ve launched your own thing , we definitely want to meet you.
• Strong numerical / analytical skills .
• Excellent with Google Sheets and Excel .
• You know SQL OR you’re comfortable using AI tools to help you code queries, extract data, and automate workflows.
• Ability to move fast between tasks and adapt to new challenges constantly.
• Eager to learn — new tools, new processes, new categories.
• Autonomous to the core — you take ownership, make decisions, and drive your projects with minimal supervision.
• Up to 7 years of experience in operations, strategy, growth, analytics, special projects, or similar. (Even if you only have 1 year and believe you're the right person — apply!)
