About the Role

As an Advertisers Support Specialist, you'll:

• Assist advertisers and agencies with post-sales support and technical guidance.
• Resolve issues via chat, email, and phone (outbound calls required).
• Provide insights to improve user experience and satisfaction.
• Work with small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them succeed.
• Identify trends and provide solutions for technical challenges.
