TransPerfect is seeking Solutions Architects / Engineers to design and implement enterprise-level GlobalLink solutions for a multinational client portfolio. You will draft plans, coordinate with client teams, and verify configurations across GlobalLink tools.

You will serve as the primary technical contact, support the implementation lifecycle, mentor teammates, and contribute to continuous improvement through internal projects and trainings.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Draft project plans containing implementation details and timelines, including risk analysis.
• Ensure the deadlines of the implementation timeline are met.
• Coordinate with the clients’ internal teams while overseeing GlobalLink product implementation.
• Execute and verify the configuration tasks in GlobalLink tools based on client requirements.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact and point of technical escalation for clients.
• Assist the support team with any client configuration issues.
• Be involved in the life cycle of GlobalLink products by working closely with Product Management, reporting client technical issues and requesting new functionalities.
• Become the spokesperson of the team for one or more of our products if desired.
• Coordinate installation, setup and upgrade of GlobalLink connectors with internal teams and client system integrators.
• Assist clients with the coordination of GlobalLink connectors upgrades.
• Create custom reports for clients in MySQL.
• Mentor new team members as needed.
• Prepare trainings and procedures to contribute to continuous improvement of the team's work.
• Contribute to internal projects.
• Complete all other tasks assigned by the manager/supervisor.

Solutions Architects / Engineers collaborate with internal teams to design and implement enterprise-level solutions for TransPerfect’s international portfolio of clients using the GlobalLink suite of products.

• Draft project plans containing the implementation details and timelines, including risk analysis
• Ensure the deadlines of the implementation timeline are met
• Coordinate with the clients´ internal teams while overseeing GlobalLink product implementation
