Hitachi Energy Ltd. is seeking an experienced Solution Design Lead to analyze and design end-to-end solutions within Service Business Solutions, partnering with Technical and Enterprise Architects to align business goals with technology capabilities.

You will translate complex demands into architectures, lead design and option assessments across SAP S/4HANA, MuleSoft, and cloud-native solutions, and guide delivery decisions while shaping the future-state landscape.

Qualificações

• 10+ years of experience in solution, application, or platform architecture within large enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of business processes in multiple areas (e.g., Installed Base, Field Service, Asset Performance, Tools, Customer Portal).
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA, MuleSoft, and cloud-based integrations; understanding of API-led architectures and event-driven solutions.
• Experience leading or influencing technical teams; readiness for solution ownership (5+ years).
• Solid technical foundation including .NET/C#, SQL, JavaScript, DevOps tooling and practices (Azure DevOps).

Responsabilidades

• Define and evolve the end-to-end solution and platform strategy with architects and partners.
• Translate complex business needs into fit-for-purpose solution designs.
• Lead design and option assessments across SAP S/4HANA, MuleSoft, AI-based and cloud-native architectures.
• Identify and assess new tools and technologies for the IT landscape.
• Review supplier deliverables against requirements and provide feedback.
• Maintain the overall solution architecture and future integration blueprint.
• Contribute to PoC initiatives with architects and developers.
• Bridge between business stakeholders and IT with strong integration knowledge.
