As the Solution Architect, you will leverage your subject matter expertise to act as a trusted advisor, utilizing functional and technical knowledge, product expertise, industry experience, and understanding of the client’s business to deliver optimal solutions. You will engage with a range of contacts from C-level to user-level, adapting your communication style accordingly.
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with clients to gather and understand their business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for Salesforce Data and Marketing solutions.
- Design and architect scalable and robust Salesforce Data Cloud solutions aligned with best practices and industry standards.
- Lead workshops and meetings with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Present effectively with strong presentation and whiteboarding skills.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities, features, and best practices.
- Understand data management, data integration, and data governance principles.
- Manage the development of client site maps.
- Facilitate ETL integrations with third-party databases and CRMs to map product and content catalogs.
- Develop web, email, and mobile templates.
- Collaborate with business leaders to design client segmentation and personalized campaigns that drive business outcomes.
- Work with project management to develop the overall implementation plan.
- Design and implement data integration solutions supporting new customer experience strategies and data ingestion into Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Engage in technical and functional discussions with clients regarding Customer Data Platform concepts and architecture.
- Supervise and guide the development team to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
Requirements:
- Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization.
- Proficiency in SQL queries and experience with client segmentation strategies and Customer Data Modeling best practices.
- Experience integrating with cloud data warehouses/lakes (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Databricks).
- Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Data Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
- At least 3 years in data modeling and architecture within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- At least 2 years in consulting, marketing project implementation, or project management using Agile methodologies.
- Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud implementations.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English.
