Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Solar Installer to join our growing team in Faro. As a Solar Installer you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar panel systems on residential and commercial properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Install solar panel systems according to design specifications and industry best practices.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing solar panel systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that may arise during installation or maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and regulations.
• Keep detailed records of work performed.
• Communicate effectively with team members and clients.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in solar panel installation.
• Knowledge of electrical wiring and basic construction principles.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and diagrams.
• Familiarity with various types of solar panel systems and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.

Requirements

• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Comfortable working at heights on rooftops or other elevated surfaces.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Availability for occasional travel within the region as needed.

Compensation

This is a full‑time position with a salary of $900 per week.
