Qualificações

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects in the local market.
• Solid understanding and experience with agile and hybrid project management methodologies.
• Background in software development, with a clear understanding of project lifecycles.
• Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and service operations.
• Demonstrated project management expertise; certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 are considered a plus.
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, both spoken and written.

• Oversee day service delivery operations, ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a trusted point of contact.
• Identify and implement service improvement initiatives to enhance performance and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technical leads and project teams to ensure seamless integration between services and project deliverables.
• Monitor service performance and proactively address deviations, risks, or potential issues.
