Qualificações

• 4+ years of backend software development experience, particularly with PHP.
• Strong knowledge of VoIP fundamentals, including SIP, SDP, RTP, and NAT traversal.
• Experience with RDBMS and familiarity with caching systems like Redis.

What you bring

Must have:

• 4+ years of backend software development experience (PHPrequired, TypeScript / Node.js valued).
• Strong knowledge of VoIP fundamentals – SIP, SDP, RTP, NAT traversal, session control.
• Experience integrating or maintaining Asterisk, RTPEngine or Drachtio systems.
• Hands-on experience with RDBMS (MySQL) and familiarity with Redis or other caching systems.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs in production environments.
• Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Jest,PHPUnit, etc.).
• Understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous processing and message-based architectures.

Nice to have:

• Exposure to STT/TTS engines, WebRTC, or contact-center integration (Genesys, Amazon Connect, Twilio).
• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Awareness of monitoring and observability practices (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
• Experience in agile product engineering and collaboration within cross-functional teams.
