Talkdesk is hiring software engineers to develop scalable microservices and APIs in a cloud-based environment. You will work in an agile setting, implementing robust solutions, collaborating with Product teams, and contributing hands-on to code and architecture.

A strong foundation in Kotlin/Java, Spring Boot, and API design is required. The role emphasizes SOA, message brokers like Kafka/RabbitMQ, and modern deployment pipelines.

Qualificações

• BS/MS Degree in Computer Science, Applied Math, or Engineering.
• 1+ years of experience in Software Development, especially in cloud-based applications.
• Strong experience with web applications development.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills and cloud databases.
• Experience with Kotlin, Java, and Spring Boot.
• SOA, API design and Event-driven architectures.
• Experience with microservices, APIs, and message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience with storage technologies (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch).
• Experience scaling global web applications.
• Advocate for automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and product development.
• Be ready to learn new technologies and approaches.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain microservices and APIs.
• Design scalable solutions to support product goals and business functions.
• Work in a modern agile environment with Git, CI/CD and automated tests.
• Collaborate with Product and other engineering teams to meet requirements.
• Guide a growing team and contribute hands-on with code.
• Integrate Talkdesk with external systems using APIs and middleware.
