Talkdesk, Inc. is hiring experienced software engineers in Porto to help build the next generation of Talkdesk products. You will work on microservices and APIs in a modern agile environment, contributing to scalable, secure software with peer reviews and continuous deployment.

The role requires 5+ years of software development, strong OO skills, and experience with cloud databases. Collaboration with product teams across clusters will be essential for delivering high-quality solutions.

Qualificações

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Applied Math, or Engineering
• 5+ years of software development experience, cloud-based applications
• Strong web application design and OO programming skills
• Experience with cloud databases and API-driven architectures

Responsabilidades

• Work independently and in small teams to develop Talkdesk products
• Build scalable, stable, and user-friendly software for current and future capacity
• Operate in an Agile environment with CI/CD and extensive testing
• Develop and maintain microservices and APIs
• Engage with Product and other teams to ensure solutions meet requirements
• Provide technical guidance, document architectural decisions, and code hands-on
• Design scalable solutions using code to support business goals
• Implement integrations between Talkdesk and external systems via APIs and middleware
