Decskill is building a strong software team in Lisbon to deliver cloud-native solutions. The role focuses on Go-based backend services running on Kubernetes, and an Angular 18+ frontend. You will contribute to RESTful APIs, automated testing with Robot Framework, and CI/CD pipelines.

Candidates should have 2+ years of software development experience, strong Go and Angular skills, and familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab CI/CD, Python, and AWS.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field.
• 2+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Go for backend services and RESTful APIs.
• Proficiency in Angular 18+ for UI development.
• Experience with Kubernetes deployment and management.
• Experience with Docker containerisation and management.

• Experience with Robot Framework for E2E tests.
• Python scripting for test automation.

We would like to meet a Software Developer (Go, Angular and Kubernetes) for a project in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Go-based backend services running on Kubernetes clusters.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and server-side applications using Go.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Angular 18+ frontend.
• Design, implement and maintain End-to-End (E2E) automated tests using Robot Framework and Python.
• Develop and improve GitLab CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, testing and deployment processes.
• Work with Docker for containerisation and management of application images and containers.
• Deploy, manage and troubleshoot applications running in Kubernetes environments.
• Work with AWS cloud services within a cloud-native architecture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable software solutions.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of development, testing and deployment processes.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field.
• 2+ years of experience in software development or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Go, with experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Strong proficiency in Angular 18+ for developing modern web user interfaces.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes, including application deployment, management and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, including containerisation and management of images and containers.
• Practical experience with GitLab and GitLab CI/CD, including version control and contributing to CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience developing and maintaining End-to-End automated tests using Robot Framework.
• Practical Python scripting knowledge for test automation.
• Experience with AWS and cloud-native environments.
