Usercentrics in Lisbon is seeking a Social Media Manager to own our social presence, turning research, product news, and leadership perspectives into compelling content. You’ll manage calendars, craft copy, and collaborate with teams across marketing, product, and design to surface engaging stories with precision.

The role includes light design tasks in Canva/Figma and possible community management to deepen engagement with our audience.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of hands-on social media management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or tech.

Aufgaben

• Own and execute organic social media strategy across LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Manage a well-planned content calendar aligned with campaigns and launches.
• Write on-brand copy tailored to each platform with a LinkedIn focus.
• Coordinate social amplification for campaigns, launches, events, and webinars.
• Support executive and employee advocacy programmes.
• Collaborate with content, product, marketing, and design teams to surface stories.
• Source or create visual assets using Canva/Figma; work with designers to keep posts engaging.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, grow community.
• Run social listening and monitor trends to inform optimization.
• Report on performance, sentiment, and share of voice; turn data into recommendations.
• Test formats and use data to improve reach, engagement, and conversion.
