Join Our Team as an Advertisers Support Specialist!

Are you passionate about social media and helping businesses grow? We are looking for dynamic individuals to join our team in Lisbon as Advertisers Support Specialists. In this role, you will be at the forefront of assisting advertisers and agencies, ensuring they have the best experience possible.

Responsibilities

• Support social media advertisers, helping them grow in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
• Assist advertisers and agencies by receiving post-sales inquiries and providing troubleshooting guidance via our service.
• Improve the advertising experience and satisfaction by resolving technical issues, reporting bugs, guiding users on the platform, and helping them use its tools and features.
• Assist customers by email and chat after they have purchased ad placements or used social media products.
• Provide technical support designed in a B2B approach to adapt to client needs and sustain and expand their businesses.
• Handle support requests for our social media Family Apps & Advertising Services.
• Convert the majority of email/chat cases into outbound calls to offer white-glove support across multiple tools while multitasking.

Schedule & Location

Schedule: 40 Hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern

Location: Onsite in Lisbon

Training: 15 working days

Compensation

• Monthly Base Salary of 14 months

Relocation

• Candidates from outside Portugal
• Candidates living within 100 Km of Lisbon
