A agap2IT, localizada em Lisboa, procura um Site Reliability Engineer para atuar na automação, operação e melhoria de serviços em Azure e Kubernetes. O candidato ideal tem experiência com AKS, Terraform e Python, e capacidade de desenhar sistemas confiáveis, escaláveis e seguros, com forte orientação para resolução de problemas.

É exigida formação em engenharia informática ou área relacionada, fluência em inglês; conhecimentos de ITIL são valorizados e a residência em Portugal é obrigatória.

Qualifications

• Diploma em Engenharia Informática, Sistemas de Informação ou área relacionada.
• Experiência prévia como Site Reliability Engineer ou função similar.
• Conhecimento sólido de serviços Microsoft Azure e soluções cloud-native.
• Conhecimento prático de AKS, Terraform e Python para automação.
• Capacidade de desenhar, implementar e manter sistemas confiáveis e escaláveis.
• Boas competências de resolução de problemas e comunicação.

Descrição da Função

Profile description:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field;
• Previous professional experience as a Site Reliability Engineer or in similar roles;
• Strong expertise with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native solutions;
• Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service);
• Expertise in Terraform for infrastructure automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC);
• Strong programming/scripting skills in Python for automation and operational support;
• Ability to design, implement, and maintain reliable, scalable, and secure systems;
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills;
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
• Relevant Microsoft Azure or SRE certifications are a plus;
• Knowledge of ITIL practices is valued;
• Good command of English;
• French language skills are a plus;
• Mandatory requirement: Living in Portugal or holding legal authorization to reside in Portugal.
