A tech consultancy firm is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer in Lisbon, Portugal. The role involves using DevOps tools such as Jenkins and managing Linux environments. Candidates should have strong SQL skills, experience with monitoring tools, and excellent communication abilities. This is a contract position with a focus on IT services.

Qualificações

• Strong working knowledge in DevOps tools, particularly CI/CD pipelines.
• Good Linux skills essential for operating applications on the file system.
• Ability to write basic SQL queries using joins and sub-queries.
• Monitoring tools knowledge and experience in Splunk, Dynatrace or any tools
• Good to have PROD Support experience (aware of ITSM Process and tools) – Workorder/Incident/Change/Problem
• Good and confident communication skills; Positive learning attitude
• Should take up CRQ, Incidents and problem ticket ownership and drive issues to closure

Responsabilidades

• Take ownership of CRQ, Incidents, and problem tickets.
• Drive issues to closure in a timely manner.
• Monitor applications using tools like Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Monitor applications with Splunk or Dynatrace.
• Provide PROD support following ITSM processes (Workorders, Incidents, Changes, Problems).
• Communicate effectively and maintain a positive learning attitude.
• Own CRQ, incidents and problem tickets to drive issues to closure.

This will be a B2B or Frrelance contract role.

Location - Lisbon, Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Strong working knowledge in DevOps tools (CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins), Git, Bitbucket, XLR
• Good Linux skills (proper hands-on of using commands and scripting) as most of the applications runs on file system.
• Above average SQL skills. Should be able to write basic queries using SQLs using joins, sub-queries, DMLs and DDLs.
• Monitoring tools knowledge and experience in Splunk, Dynatrace or any tools
• Good to have PROD Support experience (aware of ITSM Process and tools) – Workorder/Incident/Change/Problem
• Good and confident communication skills; Positive learning attitude
• Should take up CRQ, Incidents and problem ticket ownership and drive issues to closure
