Worldwide Clinical Trials is seeking an experienced Site Activation Project Manager to coordinate start-up activities across therapeutic areas. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets and regulatory deliverables to enable efficient site activation and study initiation.

The role requires strong communication, leadership and regulatory knowledge to ensure compliance and on-time delivery in a global CRO setting.

Qualificações

• Experience coordinating site activation activities and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements for clinical trials.
• Ability to manage timelines, budgets and risk in a fast-paced CRO environment.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary point of communication for start-up and maintenance activities.
• Oversee site activation workstreams and ensure critical path deliverables.
• Prepare risk assessments and mitigation plans with input from the team.
• Contribute to SOPs and process improvements for site activation.
