Prysmian is seeking a Quality & Manufacturing Quality Leader to coordinate the lab team, interface with Sales and Production during audits, and drive improvements across processes to ensure product quality and compliance on the shop floor.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership on the production line, strong cross-functional communication, and active participation in internal and external quality audits, in a diverse industrial environment.

Qualificações

• Experience with quality management systems and audits.
• Strong background in continuous improvement and ISO standards.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive accountability.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate the laboratory team to ensure a consistent and efficient flow supporting production.
• Act as a key interface with Sales, Production, and external customers during inspections and audits.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality across manufacturing processes.
• Oversee all quality‑related equipment used in final testing and production, ensuring reliability and compliance.
• Monitor daily manufacturing activities on the shop floor, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure effective cross‑functional communication, facilitating root cause analysis and timely issue resolution.
• Support and participate in internal and external quality audits, ensuring adherence to standards and procedures.
