Job summary

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an experienced SharePoint Expert / Lead Developer in Lisbon as part of a major digital transformation. You will own SharePoint strategy, lead development efforts, and partner with multiple teams to deliver scalable solutions.

In this role, you will balance development with consulting, drive architectural decisions, and mentor peers while collaborating with business stakeholders across the organization.

Your Role

As the SharePoint Expert / Lead Developer, you will act as the go-to person for all SharePoint-related topics, combining hands-on development with technical leadership and stakeholder consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main SharePoint expert within the organization
• Provide technical leadership and guidance across multiple SharePoint teams
• Work closely with a strategic High Voltage business project
• Design, develop, and maintain SharePoint solutions
• Integrate SharePoint with APIs and other enterprise systems
• Advise teams on technical feasibility, architecture, and best practices
• Support complex problem solving and technical decision-making
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across different departments
• Drive knowledge sharing and alignment between teams
