A KCS IT, baseada em Lisboa, recruta um(a) Developer Senior ServiceNow para trabalhar remotamente a partir de Portugal. O profissional desenvolverá e configurará capacidades da plataforma, criará integrações complexas e gerirá CMDB com altas exigências de qualidade.

Qualificações

• Senioridade de 5+ anos com ServiceNow.
• Certificações relevantes: CSA, CAD, CIS-CMDB ou certificações relacionadas ao Integration Hub.

Responsabilidades

• Desenvolver e configurar capacidades da plataforma ServiceNow.
• Construir e manter integrações usando REST, SOAP e IntegrationHub, Import Sets e Transform Maps; APIs scriptadas.
• Gerir dados CMDB, incluindo criação/atualização de CI, reconciliação e qualidade dos dados.
• Apoiar integrações com Flexera e NetBox para ingestão de ativos e dados de infraestrutura.
• Requisitos de inglês (obrigatório).
• Certificações ServiceNow relevantes (CSA, CAD, CIS‑CMDB, ou relacionadas ao Integration Hub).

We are looking for an Amazing: ServiceNow Developer Seniority: Senior-level (5+ years) Type of position: Full Remote from Portugal. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal! The amazing you, will have:

• Develop and configure ServiceNow platform capabilities;
• Build and maintain integrations using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and scripted APIs;
• Manage CMDB data, including CI creation, updates, reconciliation, and data quality;
• Support integrations with Flexera and NetBox for asset and infrastructure data ingestion;
• English (mandatory) ;
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS-CMDB, or Integration Hub-related certifications.
