Landskill is looking for a seasoned Service Manager to join our team in Lisbon. If you love technology and learning, you’ll play a key role in delivering reliable IT services and guiding projects across CRM, Billing, and Middleware platforms.

The ideal candidate has 5 years in IT Service or Project Management, strong Java troubleshooting skills, cloud experience, and fluent English. We offer a close-knit, empathetic culture with development programs and opportunities to grow your career.

Qualificações

• 5 years of experience as IT Service Manager or IT Project Manager
• Experience with CRM, Billing, Order Management, and Middleware solutions
• Experience with APM monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, AppDynamics, Datadog or New Relic
• Ability to identify operational risks and drive mitigation actions
• Expertise in Java troubleshooting and cloud environments
• Fluent in spoken and written English

• Expertise in Java troubleshooting and Cloud environments
• Fluent in spoken and written English
