Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role: In this 12-month traineeship, you will support general Human Resources inquiries and employee-related services via streamlined and standardized responses.

  • Customer Support: Respond and manage employee inquiries through our service systems using standardized content
  • Hotline Support: Provide phone and chat support in English and German
  • Knowledge Management: Maintain and improve knowledge articles so customers can have broader support with their requests
  • Template Management: Contribute to the creation and updating of response templates to ensure consistent, high-quality communication
  • Mailing Support: Support the HR team with printing and mailing activities
Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: You bring a service-minded approach and a strong customer orientation. You communicate clearly with different stakeholders and adapt to each situation.

  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: Experience in customer service is an advantage; Knowledge of Human Resources processes is a plus
  • Working Style: You have excellent communication skills, you take responsibility, and deliver high-quality service
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English and at least B1 level of German (both required)
