Job Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor (Motion Designer & AI Video Creator) to join our Creative team and help shape how Ultahost communicates through video, motion design, AI-generated content, and visual storytelling.

This is not a traditional video editing position. We are looking for someone who combines strong professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, animation, and post-production with hands‑on experience using the new generation of AI video creation tools and workflows.

You will create everything from performance marketing ads and brand videos to product demonstrations, cinematic AI-generated scenes, social media content, educational videos, and AI-powered tutorial content. A major part of the role will involve creating realistic AI-generated video production.

You may, for example, create a complete Ultahost tutorial where an AI-generated presenter explains one of our products, create realistic commercial scenes without a traditional production crew, animate product interfaces through motion design, or combine real footage, AI-generated footage, UI animation, and voiceover into one polished campaign.

What You’ll Do

Video & Motion Production

• Create high-quality commercial videos, advertisements, social media videos, product videos, tutorials, and brand content for Ultahost.
• Turn static designs, product interfaces, illustrations, and creative assets into polished motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.
• Edit professional video productions using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable tools.
• Create motion graphics, typography animation, interface animation, visual effects, and compositing.
• Handle the full editing and post-production workflow from raw or generated material through final export.
• Develop shot lists, camera directions, compositions, transitions, and scene structures.
• Transform creative concepts into storyboards and complete visual sequences before production.

AI Video Creation

• Create realistic AI-generated videos using tools such as Higgsfield, Veo, Runway, Kling, Sora, and other leading generative video platforms.
• Build advanced text-to-video and image-to-video workflows.
• Write detailed AI video prompts covering character behavior, environment, camera movement, lens choice, lighting, acting, motion, composition, continuity, and scene direction.
• Create and maintain consistent AI-generated characters across multiple scenes, camera angles, and video sequences.
• Create realistic AI presenters and AI characters for Ultahost product tutorials, educational videos, explainers, advertisements, and social content.
• Work with AI-generated faces and characters while maintaining natural facial expressions, realistic skin, body movement, eye movement, hand movement, and believable human behavior.
• Create cinematic AI-generated environments and scenes that feel like professionally filmed productions rather than obvious AI-generated content.
• Combine AI-generated footage with traditional editing, motion graphics, screen recordings, product UI animations, typography, VFX, and real footage.
• Create product tutorial videos where AI-generated presenters interact naturally with Ultahost products, interfaces, dashboards, servers, applications, and services.
• Develop AI-assisted workflows for voice generation, voiceover production, dialogue, lip-sync, sound design, and localization.
• Create multilingual video content using AI-generated voices, translation, lip-sync, and localized visual production where appropriate.
• Understand how to maintain visual and character continuity across multiple AI-generated video clips.
• Identify and correct common AI-video problems including identity drift, unnatural hands, facial distortion, flickering, incorrect physics, inconsistent environments, bad lip-sync, broken UI elements, and unrealistic movement.
• Produce multiple creative variations for performance marketing campaigns and advertising tests.
• Adapt long-form videos into shorter advertising and social formats.
• Work with the marketing and product teams to translate complex hosting, cloud, server, AI, and technology concepts into understandable visual stories.
• Continuously experiment with emerging AI image, video, voice, animation, and creative-production technologies.
• Build repeatable AI-production workflows that allow the Creative team to produce more content without sacrificing quality.
• Manage several video projects simultaneously while maintaining deadlines and production standards.
• Stay current with developments across video editing, motion design, generative AI, virtual production, creative automation, and digital advertising.

AI Video Generation Experience

This role requires real hands‑on AI video production experience. You should understand more than simply entering a basic prompt into an AI video generator. We are looking for someone who understands professional AI video direction and prompting, including:

Text-to-video, Image-to-video, and reference-image workflows

Character, face, scene, and environment consistency

Multi-shot storytelling and cinematic prompting

Camera movements, framing, lenses, lighting, depth, and composition

Natural character movement, facial expressions, acting, and object interaction

Prompt iteration, negative prompting, shot matching, and frame control

AI artifact correction, compositing, upscaling, lip-sync, voice generation, and localization

Experience with Higgsfield is highly valuable because we intend to use AI-generated cinematic video extensively across advertising, tutorials, product launches, social media, and creative campaigns.

Experience with several of the following tools is strongly preferred: Higgsfield, Google Veo, Runway, Kling AI, OpenAI Sora, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Flux, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Synthesia, Topaz Video AI, ComfyUI or node-based generative workflows. We don't expect candidates to have used every platform, we're looking for people who can quickly adapt as AI creative technology evolves.

What We’re Looking For

4+ years of professional experience in video editing, motion graphics, motion design, animation, post-production, or a closely related creative field.

Advanced professional expertise with Adobe After Effects and strong professional experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable editing software.

Strong understanding of motion design principles, typography, pacing, composition, transitions, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.

Strong understanding of professional video editing and post-production.

Hands‑on experience with AI video generation platforms, preferably including Higgsfield.

Strong AI video prompting skills with the ability to describe scenes, actors, movement, lighting, environments, camera behavior, and visual continuity precisely.

Experience creating realistic AI-generated people or characters.

Experience integrating AI-generated video into traditional professional editing workflows.

Experience creating commercial, advertising, performance marketing, social media, or branded video content.

Experience developing scripts, storyboards, and shot sequences.

Practical knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, audio, composition, and cinematic language.

Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize and fix visual problems in AI-generated content.

Good understanding of sound design, voiceover synchronization, music editing, and audio mixing.

Ability to communicate and present creative concepts clearly.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating professional video editing, motion design, visual storytelling, and preferably AI-generated video work.
