Qualifications

• 5+ years of Unity/C# software development experience.
• Experience designing large Unity projects and reusable client-side infrastructure.
• Recent Android VR development experience with Quest ecosystem preferred.
• Ability to build generic frameworks and reusable components.
• Comfort with client-server architecture and API contracts.
• Strong debugging, performance, and long-term scalability focus.
• Experience with AI-assisted development workflows is valuable.
• Proactive, autonomous problem-solving in a startup environment.
• Excellent English communication for a remote, multicultural team.
