Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Consultant HTA for the UK market with a Portugal-based, hybrid/home-based arrangement. You will lead HTA projects, manage UK submissions to NICE/SMC, and shape strategic HTA offerings across the global network.

The role requires a postgraduate degree and at least 4 years' HTA/evidence experience, with fluency in English and strong communication skills. Remote work flexibility and cross-country collaboration are core features of the position.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in HTA, health economics, economics, life sciences, epidemiology, biostatistics, public health, medicine or pharmacy and at least 4 years of relevant work experience with UK/Europe HTA submissions.
• Demonstrated commercial awareness with an existing HEOR network is desirable.
• Project management experience and ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; consultancy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Shape and lead HTA offerings and strategic HTA services for UK market access and submissions.
• Manage HTA project strategy, UK processes, and risk mitigation for product value.
• Direct dossier development, early scientific advice, and multi-country HTA projects with senior oversight.
• Train junior staff and collaborate across IQVIA teams to deliver HTA evidence across geographies.
