Jobgether in Portugal is seeking a senior UI/UX designer to craft intuitive web and mobile experiences. You will own concepts from user flows to high-fidelity designs, partnering with developers and creative teams to deliver polished interfaces.

You'll leverage AI-powered tools for ideation and rapid prototyping, maintain design systems, and communicate design decisions clearly for distributed teams in a fully remote setup.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of professional UI/UX or product design experience.
• Strong portfolio across web and mobile interfaces.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with developers and product teams.
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Design intuitive interfaces for web and mobile products balancing usability and aesthetics.
• Translate briefs into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Create interactive prototypes in Figma to communicate behavior and interactions.
• Develop and maintain visual design systems with disciplined grids and typography.
• Apply AI design tools to accelerate ideation while maintaining quality.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure practical implementation.
• Present concepts clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Own projects from concept to delivery and propose creative solutions.
• Organize design work and workflows for distributed teams.
• Contribute to experimental digital experiences and micro-interactions.
