CoinPoker seeks a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own the end-to-end UA program for the new free‑to‑play mobile poker app. You will run day‑to‑day campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other networks, shape strategy, and scale growth with a data‑driven mindset.

Collaboration with creative, product and BI teams is essential in this fast‑moving, remote role. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in mobile UA (3+ in gaming), strong ROAS discipline, and hands‑on experience with AppsFlyer, SKAN and

5+ years in mobile UA, at least 3 in gaming.
Experience scaling budgets toward ROAS targets.

Responsabilidades

Run and optimise UA day to day across Meta, Google App Campaigns, TikTok, Apple Ads and in-app networks; manage a sizeable monthly budget.
Shape UA strategy and channel mix with data-backed recommendations.
Test new channels and targeting to find scalable growth sources.
Collaborate with platforms for support, beta access and better terms.
Maintain measurement setup with AppsFlyer, SKAN, events, fraud monitoring.
Own the creative pipeline: concept, brief, testing framework, scale winners.
Monitor store assets and ASO-related activity.
Hit CPI and ROAS targets; work with BI on LTV to guide spend.
Share learnings with product to improve retention and monetisation.
Weekly spend, cohort quality and forecast reporting.
