A global logistics company in Lisbon is seeking a Senior Quality Expert to design and implement robust test automation within a dynamic supply chain product team. The successful candidate will collaborate with developers early in the lifecycle, perform exploratory testing, and embed automated tests into CI/CD pipelines. Required qualifications include over 5 years in test automation and experience in supply chain or financial domains. The position offers a permanent contract, private medical care, and access to English courses.

Qualificações

• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Proven shift-left mindset and collaboration with developers.
• Clear, concise communication skills.
• Nice-to-have: TMS, financial systems, performance testing, SQL/data mocking, cloud.

The impact you’ll have

As a senior quality expert, you will design and implement robust test automation and promote shift-left practices within a dynamic supply chain product team.
Your work will accelerate delivery, improve reliability, and ensure confidence in mission-critical logistics and financial integrations.

What you’ll do

• Shift-left quality: Collaborate with developers early in the lifecycle, promote testability, and define strong acceptance criteria
• Exploratory testing: Perform risk-based manual testing for complex scenarios that cannot be automated
• CI/CD integration: Embed automated tests into pipelines and create dashboards for transparent reporting (Xray, Jira, TestRail)
• Continuous improvement: Share best practices, contribute to platform-wide test strategy, and stay ahead of industry trends
• Reliability: Monitor automation health, manage test data, and validate fixes during incident reviews
• CI/CD: Jenkins, Docker/containers
• Quality practices: contract testing (Pact/Playwright API), mocking/stubbing, risk-based coverage, observability collaboration
