Merkle, a dentsu company, is hiring a Senior Procurement Business Partner focused on Technology in Lisbon. You will lead end-to-end procurement, developing sourcing strategies across Software, Cloud, and Infrastructure, while partnering with IT, Finance and Legal to drive value and governance.

You will manage spend analytics, supplier negotiations and contract management, delivering data-driven insights to support business growth and transformation. Hybrid work with global teams.

Qualificações

• 8+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing focused on Technology.
• Fluent German and English.
• Experience handling complex supplier negotiations and contracts.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Experience with spend analytics, reporting and data-driven decision making.
• Project management experience with cross-functional initiatives.
• Understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Knowledge of procurement tools and contract management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end procurement lifecycle from demand planning to contract execution and supplier management.
• Develop sourcing strategies for Technology categories including Software, SaaS, Cloud, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity and Tech Services.
• Conduct spend analysis and identify cost optimization opportunities.
• Lead supplier negotiations and contract management activities.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and act as a trusted procurement advisor.
• Drive procurement governance, compliance and risk management initiatives.
• Deliver market intelligence, supplier benchmarking and business insights.
• Support procurement transformation and digitalization projects.
• Create dashboards and analytics to support data-driven decisions.
