Responsibilities
  • Designs, develops, and delivers Talent & Learning initiatives and programmes that strengthen people skills, leadership capabilities, and organisational performance, in alignment with the company strategy and talent priorities.
  • Supports the design and implementation of performance management frameworks, partnering with Blip and Flutter People teams’ and business leaders to embed a consistent, high-performance culture across the organisation, ensuring clarity around expectations, feedback practices, and evaluation processes.
  • Designs and delivers comprehensive career development frameworks, tools, resources, programmes, workshops, coaching and mentoring initiatives that empower employees to navigate and take ownership of their career growth within the organisation.
  • Co‑creates the approach for identifying and assessing talent and critical skills, supports end‑to‑end succession planning, and actively builds robust talent pipelines.
  • Partners with leaders and the People Partner team to identify high‑potential employees and facilitates targeted development interventions to prepare them for future leadership opportunities.
  • Designs and facilitates L&D programmes/sessions and produces engaging resources using varied methodologies and delivery approaches tailored to diverse learning styles and audience needs.
  • Leverages data to identify current and future talent needs, translating insights into targeted interventions that enhance talent growth, career development, and leadership capability.
  • Partners with the wider People team, business leaders, and key stakeholders to understand talent needs and co‑develop programmes that strengthen the organisation's talent pipeline.
  • Monitors, evaluates, and reports on the effectiveness of Talent and Learning initiatives, measuring impact across learning, performance management, succession planning, and career development, and making evidence‑based recommendations to maximise effectiveness.
  • Works collaboratively across the broader Talent and People teams to implement local and global projects spanning Onboarding, Talent Development, L&D, Performance Management, Career Development, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, HR Automation, AI, and Organisational Change.
  • Collaborates with Talent colleagues across the business to share knowledge, build a community of practice, and leverage collective expertise in support of key initiatives.
  • Advises the People team, business leaders, and stakeholders on appropriate development solutions and supports their effective implementation across the organisation.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders across business functions, as well as with external providers and subject matter experts, to benchmark against best practice and stay current with the latest research and thinking.
  • Maintains accurate and up‑to‑date Talent & Learning records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and thorough documentation of performance management, career development, and succession planning activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Proven and substantial experience in Talent and L&D.
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced, international environment is a plus.
  • Strategic and structured mindset with a demonstrated ability to influence stakeholder decision‑making.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to operationalise and scale programmes effectively.
  • Facilitation expertise and relevant certifications; coaching certification is a plus.
  • Data literate, with the ability to interpret and leverage data to inform and drive decision‑making.
  • AI literate with a proactive approach to automation and digital innovation.
  • Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and HR platforms, such as Workday, is preferred.
  • A strong team player with a collaborative approach and a proven track record of delivering results through cross‑functional teams.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Portuguese.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professional commitment.
