YOUR ROLE

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Systems Administrator with extensive experience in Microsoft technologies and Azure environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining a robust IT infrastructure, ensuring system performance and availability, while actively contributing to the planning and implementation of new IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, including physical and virtual servers, Microsoft and Azure operating systems, networks, and storage systems.
• Monitor system performance and availability, proactively identifying and resolving technical issues.
• Ensure IT systems are secure, compliant, and aligned with best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional IT teams to plan and implement new projects and solutions.
• Document IT procedures, configurations, and policies.
• Support the design and implementation of advanced architectures and integration systems.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in similar roles.
• Proven experience with Microsoft Azure, Virtualization, Scripting & Automation, Active Directory, and Office 365.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems administration.
• Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft, Azure, or Entra ID are a plus.
• Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) is required.
