SAP SE in Porto seeks a Senior Reliability Engineer (SRE) within the SMS group of the Sovereign Cloud organization. You will join the Technology and Engineering team as an SRE focused on securing and scaling the foundational platform underpinning SAP Sovereign Cloud.

You will collaborate with a globally distributed team on design, deployment, and lifecycle management with emphasis on reliability and security.

Qualificações

• 5+ years leading engineering projects in distributed environments.
• Strong understanding of core SRE principles and scalable platforms.
• Experience with modern monitoring tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.

Responsabilidades

• Enhance reliability, security posture and operational excellence of the SMS platform.
• Lead infrastructure hardening, backup validation and disaster recovery drills.
• Mentor junior engineers in DevOps and SRE best practices.
