SAP Sovereign Cloud is seeking a Senior Quality Automation Specialist to design, develop, and maintain automated API and GUI tests for sovereign cloud environments. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases and align with security and compliance requirements.

The role emphasizes scalable automation, CI/CD integration, and mentoring junior engineers within the Sovereign Cloud Delivery Architecture Quality Assurance team. Fluency in English is required.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of Quality Engineering experience with a strong focus on test automation for API and GUI applications.
• Hands-on experience developing automated API and GUI tests using modern frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or WebdriverIO).
• Experience designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks using Page Object Model (POM) or similar patterns.
• Proven experience managing test assets, requirements traceability, and execution reporting in Test Management Systems.
• Experience integrating automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Fluency in written and spoken English.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain automated API and GUI test suites for SAP Sovereign Cloud environments.
• Deliver automated functional, regression, and integration testing for multi-tenant cloud products.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, security teams, and Operations.
• Own and continuously improve automated quality validation in CI/CD for releases and patches.
• Analyse results, identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and validate fixes.
