Decskill is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead security-focused architectural work across national and international projects. You will identify vulnerabilities, coordinate remediation, and ensure adherence to governance and security standards.

Working with Agile teams, you will mentor colleagues on secure coding and best practices while steering the remediation process to reduce risk and improve overall security posture.

Qualificações

• Up to 10 years of experience in the role for the service to be contracted.
• Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or similar.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams.
• Ability for critical analysis and focused on problem solving.
• Commitment to quality of deliveries.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA and Confluence tools (valued).
• Consolidated knowledge of the various types of architectural pieces;
• Focus on clear documentation of the architecture and governance rules;
• Clear communication of defined security rules and application and technological architecture, and autonomous ability to persuade their adoption.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Vulnerability Identification and monitoring of scans using security tools.
• Supervise scans and assess vulnerabilities in software, hardware and configurations.
• Coordinate remediation with IT, development and security teams to patch weaknesses.
• Ensure timely application of security updates and tracking of findings.
• Generate KPI dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NIST and related standards.
• Support secure coding practices and architecture governance.
