The role emphasizes robust C#/.Net development, API design, and secure, performant software. Flexible remote options and a competitive package are offered.

Qualificações

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong background in C# / .Net projects.
• Experience with modular and expandable software.
• Knowledge of interface technologies / API design (TCP/IP, Rest, WebSocket).
• Focus on stability and performance; secure coding basics.

To strengthen our growing team in Portugal, we are looking for a talented Software Architect who is passionate about designing modern, scalable systems for complex logistics environments.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and implement robust, scalable software architectures for logistics applications.
• Analyze existing systems and identify opportunities for optimization and modernization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
• Define and promote architectural standards and best practices across development teams.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to software engineers.
• Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance our logistics software portfolio.

Your Profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong background in developing C# / .Net projects
• Broad overview of development methods and software patterns
• Experience in developing modular and expandable software
• Good knowledge of interface technologies / API design. E.g. plane TCP/IP socket, Rest, Websocket in both design and technical implementation.
• Ability to select correct level of complexity - not all problems demand rocket-science complex solutions
• Awareness of stability and performance with respect to computing power and memory
• Basic knowledge of state-of-the-art security concepts
