Sysmatch is seeking a Senior Software Engineer .NET to join our IT Consultancy and Outsourcing team in Portugal. You will design and develop backend systems using .NET/C#, leverage AWS services, and contribute to architecture decisions in a collaborative, international context.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of backend design and development with .NET/C#.
• Hands-on AWS experience especially ECS/EC2, SQS and SNS.
• Strong knowledge of SOLID, Dependency Injection, ASP.NET Core middleware and system design.
• Fluent/advanced English and ability to discuss architecture decisions and trade-offs.

About the Role: Senior Software Engineer .Net M/F

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of experience designing and developing backend systems with .NET / C#.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, especially ECS/EC2, SQS and SNS.
• Solid knowledge of SOLID, Dependency Injection, ASP.NET Core middleware and system design.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, idempotency and global exception handling.
• Fluent/advanced English, with strong communication skills and ability to discuss architectural decisions and technical trade-offs.

Nice to Have

• Production experience with Kafka, Kinesis or RabbitMQ.
• Strong knowledge of AWS and cloud-native architectures.
• Experience with LLMs / Generative AI, particularly with .NET or Python, AI-assisted engineering and SDLC automation.
