Intellias seeks an experienced Senior Software Engineer with automotive domain experience to lead software architecture for a Linux/Android based OTA solution in the EU luxury vehicle space. The role focuses on delivering high-quality vehicle software, mentoring teams, and driving design decisions across multiple engineering disciplines.

The position requires strong C++ and Linux background, plus advanced English.

Due to start of a new project, Intellias is looking for an experienced Senior Software Engineer with OEM's relevant experience. Our customer is leading EU OEM of luxury cars. We are glad to introduce this vacancy and glad to invite successful candidate to our new project. We are looking for a proactive and technically experienced candidates who are keen on to work on a project what develop vehicle solutions for new generation of EU luxury vehicles. Successful candidates should have experience with automotive technologies, Android, Linux, OTA and automotive software development process. Project Overview:

• Our client, EU luxury cars OEM, is developing OTA solution for its new vehicle lines. This solution is responsible for software updates of in-car software packages. Project team is actively growing and in total will be 30+ engineers. The solution is based on Linux and Android OSes. From programming languages perspective, a mix of C++ and Java/Kotlin should be used. Development is performed according to automotive processes with adapted agile approach.

Requirements:

• Experience with automotive, 2+ years;
• Multi-year experience with Linux, 3+ years;
• More than 4 years of C++ experience;
• Advanced English level;

- Will be a plus:

• Android development experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership and SW architecture guidance;
• Identifying dependencies and contradictions between requirements and SW architectural designs;
• Work closely with relevant teams to resolve dependencies;
• Desing software components and ensuring the overall consistency of software components design;
• Develop complex software components and optimize performance of software components;
• Provide technical support and knowledge sharing on subject-matter topics;
• Contribution to the development process, including feature implementation;
• Conduct code review and quality checks for delivered artefacts;
• Might be involved in work with external components provider;
• Contribute to FOSS management;
• Support PO and PM on technical aspects.
