Inetum is seeking a seasoned software engineer to sit with front-office operators, understand workflows, and design/build applications and automations using modern LLM tools. The role may expand to managing a small AI team.

Requirements include 5+ years of software engineering, strong communication, and hands-on experience with LLM tooling, agentic workflows, and RAG. English fluency is essential, with potential for leadership within ~6 months.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Large Language Models, AI tooling, agentic workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Strategic/analytical mindset with ability to architect scalable solutions with long-term capability development.
• Experience designing data-driven applications and enterprise workflows.
• Prior team leadership or mentoring experience; path toward leading AI initiatives.
• Expert-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Engage directly with front-office operators to identify automation opportunities and pain points.
• Design and build applications/workflow automations leveraging LLM tools (e.g. Claude, MCP servers, agentic workflows).
• Bring strategic thinking to how AI/automation should evolve within QDI's Bronze/Silver/Gold data architecture.
• Set technical direction and best practices for the AI team.
• Grow into a team lead role after ~6 months, managing and hiring for AI initiatives.

• Minimum 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with demonstrated expertise in building production-grade applications
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities, with proven ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical business audiences
• Demonstrated hands-on experience with Large Language Models, AI tooling, agentic workflows, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and automation frameworks
• Strategic and analytical mindset with the ability to architect solutions that extend beyond immediate requirements toward sustainable team and organizational capability development
• Substantive experience designing and implementing data-driven applications and enterprise workflows
• Prior experience in a team leadership or technical mentorship capacity, particularly relevant given the trajectory toward heading the AI² initiative
• Expert-level proficiency in English, both written and verbal
