Altium Limited is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of its cloud platforms. You will automate operational tasks, enhance observability, and contribute to incident management while collaborating with software and technology teams to build scalable applications.

You will lead improvements in logging, monitoring, and APM, develop reliability patterns, and promote a shared responsibility model across engineering teams to strengthen

Qualificações

• 6+ years in SRE, DevOps or related role in a large-scale environment.
• Software development experience with .NET.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, microservice and HA architecture.
• Observability tools such as NewRelic, ELK, Grafana, PagerDuty, OTEL or similar.
• Experience with Kubernetes clusters in production, AWS, IOC.
• Knowledge of CI/CD tooling Jenkins, Gitlab, GitHub, ArgoCD or similar.
• Knowledge of IaC Terraform, Ansible.
• Basic networking fundamentals.
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL, Postgres).

Responsabilidades

• Understand how the Altium Cloud Platform works.
• Improve observability with logging, monitoring, and APM.
• Develop and implement reliability frameworks for SaaS products.
• Educate engineering teams on reliability best practices.
• Participate in incident response and post-incident analysis.
• Assist in system design, platform management, capacity planning.
• Collaborate with DevOps to enhance stability and scalability.
• Promote Infrastructure as Code and automate deployment processes.
• Champion SOO principles for clear service ownership.
