Dellent is seeking a Senior SharePoint Administrator to join a Lisbon project, with 3 days in the office per week. You will administer and support SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online, manage migrations to Microsoft 365, and design hybrid architectures while ensuring security and governance.

You should have at least 5 years of hands-on SharePoint experience, strong problem-solving skills, and be fluent in English (B2/C1).

Qualificações

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in SharePoint administration.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint Server On-Premises (2013/2016/2019), SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Experience delivering SharePoint On-Premises to Cloud migrations.
• Strong experience in advanced troubleshooting and complex problem resolution.
• Experience managing mission-critical production environments.
• Fluency in English – B2/C1 – mandatory.
• Availability to work in shifts (8h-22h, 5 days a week between Monday and Friday).
• Availability to work on-call.

Responsabilidades

• Administer and support SharePoint On-Premises and SharePoint Online platforms.
• Manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of SharePoint farms in enterprise environments.
• Lead and execute SharePoint On-Premises to Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Online migration projects.
• Design and implement hybrid SharePoint architectures when required.
• Monitor the health, availability, performance, and security of SharePoint environments.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex incidents.
• Implement and manage platform security, permissions, and governance policies.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Application teams.
• Document technical architectures, operational procedures, and platform configurations.
• Ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices for SharePoint and Microsoft 365.
• Provide Level 3 (L3) support for critical incidents.
• Participate in modernization and digital transformation initiatives related to collaboration and document management solutions.
