What are you going to do?
  • Setup the ITSM module (Change Management, Service Requests, Incident Management, Problem Management);
  • Improve business processes and manage continuous improvements projects;
  • Analyze curent environnement and propose automation when ever possible;
  • Manage Technical documentation;
  • Maintain Service catalog and Service level Management;
  • Coordinate upgrades and changes to Service Now instance;
  • Manage permissions and accesses (roles, users and groups);
  • Maintain instance performance by regular checkups;
  • Troubleshoot - day operations and system issues;
  • Deploy updatesets from prod environments;
  • Set-up notifications and alerts;
  • Set-up reports and schedule them;
  • Manage CMDB health;
  • Manage accesscontrol lists and scripts like server and client scripts;
  • Develop and manage standard load template to import data;
  • Resolve incidents and fulfill routine Service requests;
  • Provide process training to business owners.
What are we looking for?
  • Expertise in Service Now configuration, administration and usage;
  • Hands ondevelopment, management and deployment experience with Service Now;
  • Experience with troubleshoot system issues, investigating and recommending permanent solutions;
  • Experience working in the banking sector;
  • Experiencie in Service Now ITSM and wokflows;
  • Knowledge of Service Now delivery and ITIL best practices;
  • Certificationof Service Now Certified System Administrator – plus;
  • Certificationof ITSM Fundamentals – plus;
  • Certificationof ITIL Foundation – plus;
  • Fluent in English– mandatory;
  • Fluent in French – plus.
