Datadog is seeking a senior polyglot engineer to contribute across security libraries, focusing on .NET or Java while embracing other languages. You will design and ship security integrations, detecting features, and own operations across thousands of applications in production.

You will partner with product and engineering teams to ensure customer value, drive RFCs, and mentor peers, aligning work with Datadog’s standards for performance and reliability.

Qualificações

• Expert in at least one of .NET (C#) or Java and a polyglot who can contribute idiomatically across other libraries.
• Experience shipping libraries or SDKs consumed by other developers, with packaging and backward compatibility.
• Strong focus on performance, cost, and production readiness in large-scale systems.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and own security integrations and detections across multiple libraries with .NET and/or Java as primary focus.
• Take prototypes to production, ensuring operability and maintainability for thousands of applications.
• Monitor production telemetry, diagnose cross-system issues, and improve customer-facing reliability and cost.
• Shape roadmaps, define OKRs, and drive RFCs for alignment across security library teams.
• Collaborate with product, backend, and frontend teams to deliver customer-adopted security capabilities.
