Datadog seeks a senior polyglot engineer to contribute across security libraries, with .NET or Java expertise. You'll design and build security integrations and detections, taking prototypes to production and instrumenting thousands of applications.

As a product-team senior, you will connect libraries to customer adoption and security value, shape roadmaps, mentor teammates, and define RFCs for alignment across library teams.

Qualificações

• Expert in at least one of .NET (C#) or Java with polyglot capabilities across other libraries.
• Strong software-engineering fundamentals, modular and maintainable code with minimal guidance.
• Experience shipping libraries or SDKs used by developers, with attention to packaging and backward compatibility.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and own security integrations and detections across multiple libraries with .NET and/or Java as primary focus.
• Take projects from prototype to production, ensuring correct, operable, and maintainable instrumentation for thousands of applications.
• Own systems operationally: monitor telemetry, debug cross-system issues, and reduce customer-facing problems.
• Shape the roadmap, define OKRs, and drive RFCs aligning security library teams.
• Partner with product management and engineering teams to turn ideas into customer-valued capabilities, including agentic onboarding and API security.
• Mentor teammates, raise code quality, and improve testing; contribute to a high-performing, collaborative team.
