Cisco Systems in Portugal is seeking a security-focused engineer to help embed industry-leading security practices across the development lifecycle. You will build or deploy tools to detect vulnerabilities and tune them to prioritize high-impact findings.

You will triage findings from SAST/DAST scanners, cloud security tools, external reports, and pentests, and partner with development, release, and security teams to close gaps quickly.

Qualificações

• Technical background in information security with Linux security concepts.
• Experience automating security processes using Go, Python, Bash, or Terraform.
• Experience leading security projects from design to delivery.
• Excellent organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Build or deploy tools to detect vulnerabilities in Isovalent software.
• Triage findings from SAST/DAST, cloud scanners, external reports, and pentests.
• Improve security processes with a metrics-driven approach.
• Partner with development, release, and security teams to address vulnerabilities promptly.
