Alpineo Consulting em Lisboa procura um Senior Scrum Master para apoiar a adoção contínua de Agile e servir como coach e facilitador. Terá responsabilidade de promover princípios Agile, prática de XP, FDD e BABOK, trabalhando com Product Owners para gerir o backlog de forma a maximizar valor.

O regime é híbrido, com pelo menos 3 dias no escritório, integração nos primeiros meses com 4 dias/semana, e permissão de trabalho válida em Portugal.

Qualificações

• Experiência comprovada como Scrum Master sênior em contextos ágeis.
• Promoção de princípios ágeis e práticas de excelência.
• Capacidade de remover impedimentos e facilitar transformação organizacional.

Responsabilidades

• Atuar como defensor ágil e agente de mudança (Agile Advocate/Change Agent).
• Colaborar com Product Owners para gerir o backlog e planejar desenvolvimento de valor.
• Conduzir a transformação ágil entre equipas e stakeholders.
• Remover impedimentos técnicos, organizacionais ou de pessoas para o sucesso da equipa.
• Garantir alinhamento com as metodologias de XP, FDD e BABOK.
• Aderência a um regime híbrido com 3 dias no escritório e onboarding de 4 dias/semana.

p We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master to support the Group#39;s continued adoption of Agile and serve as a coach and facilitator. p Key Responsibilities /pp Agile Advocate Change Agent: /pulli You will champion Agile principles, Software Craftsmanship, and practices such as XP, FDD, and Agile BABOK. Your role will involve consistently promoting the value of Agile methodologies to ensure the team embraces and benefits from them. /li /ulp Team Organizational Transformation: /pulli You will foster strong partnerships across the organization, enabling both teams and stakeholders to experience the full benefits of Agile. You#39;ll coach teams on adopting Agile principles while ensuring adherence to processes, and you will act as a change agent, driving Agile transformation across the organization. /li /ulp Product Owner Support: /pulli You#39;ll work closely with Product Owners to manage the backlog effectively, ensuring that features are prioritized to maximize value. You will also help Product Owners create actionable, value-driven product development plans. /li /ulp Impediment Removal Problem Solving: /pulli Whether the impediment is technical, organizational, or people-related, you#39;ll proactively identify and remove blockers to the team#39;s success. You are hands-on when necessary and take pride in enabling your team to perform at their best. /li /ulp Work Expectations Flexibility: /pulli Mastery of both English and French /lili Hybrid model: at least 3 days in the office /lili Onboarding (first 3 months): 4 days/week to help you integrate smoothly /lili Please note that a Portuguese valid work permit is required. /li /ul /p
