A Axians, líder em transformação digital, procura um Cybersecurity Control Officer para se juntar a um projeto internacional. A função envolve governança, monitorização de conformidade e melhoria contínua dos programas de segurança, atuando como elo entre equipas, partes interessadas e revisores do Grupo.

É exigida formação em IT/ Cybersecurity/Engenharia, inglês fluente e experiência em controlo de segurança; francês é um plus.

Qualificações

• Formação superior em Tecnologia da Informação, Cybersecurity, Engenharia ou área relacionada.
• Conhecimento de domínios de cibersegurança, riscos e governança de segurança.
• Conhecimento de regulamentações, frameworks e requisitos de conformidade em cibersegurança.
• Experiência em governança de projetos, gestão de programas ou funções de controlo de cibersegurança.
• Capacidade de contestar evidências, avaliar riscos e fazer recomendações fundamentadas.
• Boa compreensão de processos de TI, infraestruturas, aplicações e ambientes digitais.
• Trabalho com várias partes interessadas entre negócios e tecnologia.
• Inglês fluente é obrigatório. Francês é considerado um plus.

Responsabilidades

• Garantir governança, monitorização e melhoria contínua de conformidade de cibersegurança.
• Atuar como elo entre equipas de cibersegurança, partes interessadas e revisores do Grupo.
• Assegurar a entrega bem-sucedida de programas de segurança e a recolha de evidências de conformidade.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Cybersecurity Control Officer to join an international project and support the governance, monitoring, and continuous improvement of cybersecurity compliance initiatives. You will act as a key liaison between cybersecurity teams, project stakeholders, and Group reviewers, ensuring the successful delivery of security programs, the collection of compliance evidence, and the alignment with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory requirements.

• Risk Assessment, Control Validation, and Evidence Review.
• Stakeholder Management, Reporting, and Program Coordination.

Your Main Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity domains, risks, and security governance practices.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity regulations, frameworks, and compliance requirements.
• Experience in project governance, program management, or cybersecurity control functions.
• Ability to challenge evidence, assess risks, and provide well-reasoned recommendations.
• Good understanding of IT processes, infrastructure, applications, and digital environments.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across business and technology teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.
• Fluency in French is considered a strong plus.
