Job summary

Reach IT is recruiting an experienced SAP consultant to join an international SAP SCM and Logistics environment, supporting day-to-day Sales and Supply activities, global rollouts and the transformation to SAP S/4HANA.

The role combines deep SAP SD/MM expertise with knowledge of S/4HANA Retail and cross‑module integration, working remotely across multi-country teams to align local requirements with the global core model.

Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SD/MM/S4HANA in ECC and S/4HANA contexts.
• Strong requirement gathering and process design experience.
• Knowledge of Spain-specific supply chain, tax and vendor compliance.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the SAP SD area across modules.
• Support transition of SAP SD to SAP S/4HANA.
• Collaborate with Sales and Distribution teams to translate requirements.
• Collect Spain-specific supply requirements from stakeholders.
• Align local requirements with the validated global core model.
• Participate in and validate Spain deployment testing cycles.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for Spain Supply topics.
• Maintain Spain-specific process documentation and training.
• Provide second- and third-level support.
• Coordinate with partners on new requirements and incidents.
• Contribute to end-to-end process design and AI usage in SAP.

To join an international SAP SCM and Logistics environment, supporting day-to-day Sales and Supply activities, global rollouts and the organization’s transformation to SAP S/4HANA.

The role combines strong expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution with knowledge of SAP Materials Management and Retail, contributing to the Spain Supply deployment and ensuring alignment between local business requirements and the validated global core model.

Skills

• Extensive professional experience with SAP SD, including process analysis and optimization in SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments;
• Working knowledge of SAP MM, covering procurement, inventory management and stock valuation;
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Retail, including store replenishment and retail-specific inventory processes;
• Strong understanding of integration between SAP SD, MM, FI/CO and PP, as well as peripheral systems;
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional and technical SAP solutions;
• Experience with end-to-end process design, gap analysis, testing, documentation and issue resolution;
• Previous exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementations, ideally within global or multi-country environments;
• Knowledge of Spain-specific supply chain, tax and vendor compliance requirements;
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with a proactive, structured and collaborative working style;
• Fluency in Spanish and English is essential;
• Degree in Business Informatics, Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, Economics or a related field, or equivalent qualification or professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance the SAP SD area, including interfaces with other SAP modules and peripheral systems;
• Support the transition of the SAP SD landscape to SAP S/4HANA;
• Work as a global partner for Sales and Distribution teams, translating business requirements into solutions with cross-process impact;
• Collect and structure Spain-specific Supply requirements from procurement, warehouse and store operations stakeholders;
• Assess local requirements against the validated Supply core model, identifying gaps and deviations for arbitration by the Project Lead Supply;
• Participate in and validate Supply testing cycles for the Spain deployment, ensuring scenarios reflect real business operations;
• Act as the day‑to‑day contact for Spain business stakeholders on Supply topics, resolving routine issues and escalating complex matters with sufficient context;
• Maintain Spain-specific process documentation and training materials aligned with the global template;
• Support business readiness across procurement, stock management and store operations ahead of go‑live;
• Provide second- and third-level support, resolving complex incidents and ensuring compliance with established processes and quality standards;
• Coordinate with internal and external partners regarding new requirements, implementations and incident management;
• Contribute to end‑to‑end process design and the appropriate use of AI within SAP Sales and Logistics activities.
