KPMG Portugal is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance (FI/CO) Consultant to join our SAP transformation programs in Portugal. You will focus on core Finance processes, driving end-to-end FI/CO implementations and architecture decisions within Private Cloud environments.

The role requires strong FI/CO expertise, SAP S/4HANA knowledge, and collaboration with ABAP/technical teams to deliver scalable SAP solutions across the project lifecycle. Fluent Portuguese and English are required.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3+ years hands-on SAP FI/CO experience in implementations.
• Participation in at least 2 end-to-end SAP implementations (full lifecycle).
• P roof of experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance environments (Private Cloud/On-Premise).
• Strong functional/technical understanding of FI/CO and core Finance processes (GL, Close, AP, AR).
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver SAP S/4HANA Finance FI/CO solutions across full project lifecycle (requirements, design, build, testing, go-live, hypercare).
• Lead workshops for core Finance processes (GL, Financial Close, AP, AR) and translate needs into SAP solutions.
• Configure and customize FI/CO settings aligning with SAP best practices and transformation drivers.
• Prepare FS and collaborate with ABAP/technical teams on enhancements and interfaces.
• Support solution design and keep traceability from requirements to tests.
• Plan and execute SIT/UAT, coordinate defect resolution, ensure deliverable quality.
• Ensure robust FI/CO integration with SD/MM and end-to-end financial flows.
• Contribute to S/4HANA architecture decisions (ACDOCA, Universal Journal) and reporting integration.
• Support deployments in S/4HANA Private Cloud and advise on cloud vs on-premise differences.
• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders (Accounting, Controlling, FP&A) and cross-functional streams.
