Fusion Consulting Llc in Porto seeks a Quality Management Specialist to advance ISO 9001 QMS, reduce operational risk, and align processes with SDLC goals. The role emphasizes practical, compliant workflows and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will map processes, define KPIs, drive CAPAs, and translate requirements into actionable procedures, with travel as needed. SAP EWM experience is a plus and a pharmaceutical background is valued.

• Proven ability to design and optimize business processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, streamline, and improve the ISO 9001 QMS to support SDLC core processes.
• Map processes, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and define KPIs.
• Define corrective actions and track CAPA closure rates.
• Collaborate with operations and management to drive pragmatic quality improvements.

Job Description

Our goal with the QMS is to develop, streamline, and continuously improve the ISO 9001 Quality Management System to support the core processes of SDLC. The QMS should be a management tool that reduces the operational risk (also visible to potential clients), not a compliance burden.

Process Design & Optimization Skills

• Process mapping/design
• Identifying inefficiencies & bottlenecks

• 5-Why / Fishbone knowledge
