You will translate business access needs into scalable solutions, lead IAM projects, monitor SoD, and support audits, with 5+ years of IAM/SAP experience and strong collaboration skills.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP IAM Security Specialist or in a similar role.
• Proven experience with SAP authorization management and Identity & Access Management.
• Strong knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance in SAP landscapes.
• Experience translating business access requirements into secure technical authorization models.
• Familiarity with SoD concepts and access reviews will be an asset.
• Hybrid work experience and ability to collaborate across global teams.

Responsabilidades

• Advise stakeholders on authorization concepts and SoD principles.
• Translate business access needs into secure SAP authorization models.
• Lead IAM and SAP Security projects across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Monitor compliance, critical access, and support access reviews and recertifications.
• Design and improve IAM architecture, governance models, and documentation.
• Analyze audit findings and remediation actions to strengthen security posture.
• Collaborate with process owners to define scalable authorization models.
• Drive continuous improvement in IAM governance and security controls.
