iTRTech Group in Porto/Gaia, Portugal, is seeking a SAP IAM Security Junior Consultant for a hybrid role (one day per week in the office). The position targets candidates with 1+ year of SAP IAM experience and a solid grounding in SAP Authorization Management and RBAC.

You will design and maintain user roles and access rights, support access reviews, and collaborate with IT, security and business teams in an international automotive technology environment.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of professional experience in SAP IAM Security or similar.
• Knowledge of SAP Authorization Management.
• Basic IAM and authorization concepts.
• Understanding of users, groups, roles and permissions.
• Familiarity with RBAC principles.
• Understanding end-to-end access request processes.
• Proficient with Excel and MS Office for tracking.
• Fluent English (C1+).
• Willingness to work at the Porto/Gaia office weekly.

Responsabilidades

• Design and maintain user roles and access rights in SAP IAM.
• Collect and clarify access requirements with business users.
• Translate requirements into structured authorization needs.
• Document access decisions and supporting evidence.
• Assist with access changes across joiner/mover/leaver processes.
• Ensure access requests follow defined approval workflows.
• Support access provisioning and removal activities.
• Prepare evidence for periodic access reviews and recertification.
• Monitor pending actions and follow up with stakeholders.
• Use Excel and Office tools for reporting and evidence tracking.
• Collaborate with business, IT, security and compliance teams.
